For the Honnington Riding Club's
Dressage Championship results:
The Honnington Riding Club's Winter Unaffiliated Dressage Series 2007-8
The series started in October 2007, the first of 4 qualifying rounds throughout the winter, and will culminate in the championships in June 2008. After the February competition, 26 competitors have qualified for the championships.
4 classes run throughout the series – 1 Walk and Trot class, 2 Prelim classes and 1 Novice. The tests for the championship classes go up a gear to make the final competition just that little bit more challenging.
Rosettes are awarded up to 8th place. At the Champion-
ships, there are extra awards which include vouchers, a sash for each Championship winner; also a trophy presented to the horse/rider combination accumulating the most points throughout the series.
For the Dressage Series Schedule:

All the competitions are judged by British Dressage listed judges. One of the 'problems' we've faced is that we've had far more entries than we had envisaged – so that we've needed to book extra judges. This is a problem we're quite happy to have!
We are pleased to have as sponsors of the Dressage Series:
Broadfeed Ltd;
Speedgate Saddlery; Chris Connell, Registered Farrier (07960 041416); and
Freemans of Sevenoaks.
